• Balancing up to close limits with dynamic balancing machine
• Crankshaft inspected at each manufacturing stage, from raw material to final packing.

Crankshaft Manufacturing Process & Facilities
Installed Capacity: - 1500pcs per month
Raw Material
Purchase raw material from OEM approved foundries. We are using material S.G. Iron grade 600/3 and 700/2 (as required by customers) IS 1865-1991 with basic hardness 200-260 BHN..
Machining Facility
We have 1 CNC turning centre & more then 15 accurate lathe machine having length 7feet for main & pin Turning. (Job length maximum 50 inch) Each & every stage inspection is done by our inspector with different type of gauges like length gauge, width gauge, block gauge etc…
Grinding Facility
We have 3nos of crankshaft grinding machines having length of 2000MM in our grinding section. 2nos of cylindrical grinding machines from Toss (Czechoslovakia) having length of 2000MM. We are maintaining high degree of quality from our grinding machine like finishing, perfect width, taper & ovality. Each & every piece is checked by supervisor with latest instruments.
Induction hardening
To be done with latest techniques. We have Horizontal and Vertical scanner for better output. We are maintaining hardness up to 50 to 55 HRC. Each & Every piece is checked by Digital Hardness Tester & crack detection machine
